Each support package is charged according to the number of workstations, servers and laptops included. We also operate an hourly daytime, evening and night time/weekend rate, which reduce as the total time spent increases.

Our aim is to build simplicity and flexibility into our cost structure, enabling you to monitor all activity and achieve best value within budget.
